Megan Margraff is the Chief Data Officer at Yale University, where she leads the development and implementation of a university-wide data strategy to elevate data as a strategic institutional asset. In this role, she and her team partner with clients and data stakeholders across Yale to deliver insights that support academic, administrative, and research priorities, while strengthening data governance and access to trusted datasets. She is committed to fostering a data-driven culture, advancing data literacy and the responsible use of emerging technologies, including AI.
Prior to Yale, Megan spent more than a decade at Oracle, most recently as Vice President of Product Management for Activation Products, Privacy Compliance, and Data Strategy within Oracle Advertising. She led portfolios spanning data products, activation, identity and contextual targeting, and privacy-by-design solutions, helping guide strategy through major industry shifts. Earlier roles in analytics and consulting include leadership positions at Spire, Kantar Retail, and Cannondale Associates.
Megan earned her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Consular Science from Institut Catholique des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Brussels, Belgium. Outside of work, Megan spends leisure time in the Green and White mountains with family and friends, where she enjoys skiing, snowmobiling, kayaking and ATV riding.
